It was battle between two great managers, Arsene Wenger and Klopp. Arsenal were without there 3 top defenders and were playing with two young CB, Holding age 20, and Chambers age 21.
Liverpool were clearly the stronger side on paper.
Game started with dominance from the home side, creating pressure which resulted in penalty kick by a poor tackle form Liverpool left back Alberto Moreno on Theo Walcott. Theo himself step forward to take penalty , saved by Simon Mignolet, shades of his PL debut .
But it was not great effect as Arsenal scored first just a minute later from Theo shot glide pass Gk.
First blood to Arsenal. The visitors hardly made any impact at this moment.
At the last minute of first half, Liverpool get a soft free kick . Coutinho step up with a beautiful free kick impossible for any GK to save. Its 1-1 at half time.
Second half began with a completely changed Liverpool side. 3 goals inside 18 minutes and it was 1-4.
Goals by Lallana, Coutinho and beautiful solo goal By Mane on his PL debut for scousers.
Arsenal inexperience clearly exploited left to shreds by fiery Klopp side.
Then Wenger sent Chamberlain and Cazorla due to injuries of Iwobi and Ramsey.
Both made instant impact as Cazorla assisted OX for the second goal , !! signs of comeback!!
Cazorla then assisted Chambers to make it 3-4 from free kick providing a glorious delivery.
!!!! Game On!!!!!!
Arsenal then tried hard but Liverpool faced the attacks sensibly .
Game ended as 3-4
Arsenal has only themselves to blame losing first game of the season at home for the second straight season. They were inactive in transfer market and crisis struck further. Fans started to boo even on first game. Nervy times at the Emirates.!!!
